Resumo	A escolha dos métodos de melhoramento de plantas, bem como a identificação genotípica, têm sido implementada com base na avaliação de caracteres morfoagronômicos e fisiológicos. Porém, tais caracteres apresentam desvantagens quando utilizados como marcadores no estudo genético. O advento dos marcadores moleculares possibilitou a discriminação genotípica, de forma hábil, pois permite o estudo da variação genética no nível do DNA. Os marcadores moleculares microssatélites permitem caracterizar e determinar a diversidade genética existente dentro e entre as espécies vegetais. O presente trabalho objetivou avaliar a diversidade genética entre 32 acessos de feijão-vagem pertencentes ao Banco de Germoplasma da Universidade Estadual de Maringá (UEM) mediante a utilização de marcadores moleculares microssatélites. Os 32 acessos de feijão-vagem (UEM/FVI-1; UEM/FVI-2; UEM/FVI-3; UEM/FVI-4; UEM/FVI-5; UEM/FVI-6; UEM/FVI-7; UEM/FVI-8; UEM/FVI-18; UEM/FVI-29; UEM/FVI-30; UEM/FVI-32; UEM/FVI-33; UEM/FVI-35; UEM/FVI-36; UEM/FVI-37; UEM/FVI-38; UEM/FVI-39; UEM/FVI-42; UEM/FVI-43; UEM/FVI-44; UEM/FVI-45; UEM/FVI-46; UEM/FVI-47; UEM/FVI-48; UEM/FVI-49; UEM/FVI-50; UEM/FVI-51; UEM/FVI-52; UEM/FVI-53; UEM/FVI-54 e UEM/FVI-55) foram plantados em condições de casa de vegetação para multiplicação de linhas puras. Os acessos avaliados apresentaram um índice de 2 a 87% de divergência genética. Os mais similares foram o UEM-FVI-36 e UEM-FVI-37. Por sua vez, a maior dissimilaridade foi observada entre os acessos UEM-FVI-42 e UEM-FVI-49.

Title	Genetic divesity between acesses snap bean by means of the use of microssatélites molecular markers
Abstract	For many years, the choice of methods of plant breeding and genotypic identification has been implemented based on the assessment of morphological and physiological characters. However, these characters have drawbacks when used as markers in genetic studies. The advent of molecular markers allowed the genotypic discrimination, skillfully, because it allows the study of genetic variation at the DNA level. As regards the cultivation of snap bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.), genetic diversity has been especially close, since the possibility of natural crosses occur between plants is very small, ranging from 0 to 13%. The microsatellite markers allow to characterize and determine the genetic diversity within and between species. This study aimed to evaluate genetic diversity among 32 accessions of snap beans belongs to the Germplasm Bank of the State University of Maringa (UEM) by using microsatellite markers. The 32 accessions of snap bean (UEM/FVI-1; UEM/FVI-2; UEM/FVI-3; UEM/FVI-4; UEM/FVI-5; UEM/FVI-6; UEM/FVI-7; UEM/FVI-8; UEM/FVI-18; UEM/FVI-29; UEM/FVI-30; UEM/FVI-32; UEM/FVI-33; UEM/FVI-35; UEM/FVI-36; UEM/FVI-37; UEM/FVI-38; UEM/FVI-39; UEM/FVI-42; UEM/FVI-43; UEM/FVI-44; UEM/FVI-45; UEM/FVI-46; UEM/FVI-47; UEM/FVI-48; UEM/FVI-49; UEM/FVI-50; UEM/FVI-51; UEM/FVI-52; UEM/FVI-53; UEM/FVI-54 and UEM/FVI-55) were planted under greenhouse conditions for propagation of inbred lines. The accessions showed an index of genetic divergence of 2 to 87%. The most similar were the UEM-FVI-36 and UEM-FVI-37. In turn, the highest dissimilarity was observed among accessions UEM-FVI-42 and UEM-FVI-49.
